Aspirator

This centrifugal exhaust unit is completely made of AISI 304 stainless carbon steel with a thickness of 5 mm and has a spiral shape. The side covers can be turned over to perform suction on the right or left side as desired. An internal fan with blades for direct transportation and unloading of stems has been electronically balanced to minimize all vibrations.

Cyclone

This cyclone, made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, collects the stems discharged by the Vortex aspirator. It consists of a cylindrical part with a diameter of 1300 mm and a height of 1000 mm and a part in the form of a truncated cone with a height of 1000 mm. The diameter of the outlet for the stems is 800 mm. The flange opening of the puller for better access inside, for cleaning or maintenance is located in the upper cylindrical part, where there is also an air outlet if the internal pressure needs to be adjusted. Sheet metal with a thickness of 2 mm.
